Users can't use RDP over SSL Client when they use a DSL Connection

A group of my users cannot use RDP while connected to the corporate network using the Anyconnect client if they have a DSL home connection. We are using ASA 5520's version 8.03. I took one user to test with and we used his laptop and connected it to the Internet using a Verizon Aircard and RDP works fine but when we connect his laptop to his home DSL connection everything else works fine like file sharing, and email but RDP will not connect.

The following example command adds clientless SSL VPN support for RDP:
