vFMC deploy configuration failed

vFMC version: 6.5.0.5 (build 95)

FTD chassis: Firepower 2130

FTD version: 6.5

When I deploy config to FTD , but notice 

“========= INFRASTRUCTURE MESSAGES =========
VALIDATE_APP_CONFIG_APPLICATION_FAILURE PrepareValidateAppConfigFailed: Please refer action_queue.log file for more details;
Platform settings were successful.
Rollback APP was successful.”

then I checked action_queue.log. I found this:

Hi @jadon ,

 please take a look at: CSCvy44566 - FTD deployment failure during App config validation due to AQ memory consumption.

Symptom:
FTD deploy failure with VALIDATE_APP_CONFIG_APPLICATION_FAILURE

Conditions:
Unknown

Workaround:
Reboot device. Restart ngfwManager may also help.
Known Affected Releases:
6.5.0.5
Known Fixed Releases:
7.1.0
