VMS 2.3 Security Monitor with ASA 5510

Hi Guys

Is it possible to log SYSLOGS from an ASA to Security Monitor?

I currenlt have an ASA that I have configured to send syslogs to a VMS box however the events never seem to appear in Security Monitor.

I'm sure I've done this before with a PIX 515E running OS 7 however not with an ASA.

Hello Leon,

Based on the following link, it appears that ASA is supported only for the IPS features on Sec Mon 2.1/2.2:

This explains why you are unable to receive any syslog messages from ASA to the Sec Mon.
