VPN 3002 Reconnect

I just got in a newer vpn 3002 client with version 4.7 on it. The older clients all have the ability to establish a tunnel when the vpn client is rebooted or network connectivity is lost. This newer client always seems to want someone to manually connect the tunnel from the client's web interface. Is there a way to make it always try to reconnect by default or is this one of the new 4.7 security features? The client is authenticated with a certificate and the 'Require Interactive Hardware Client Authentication' option is disabled on the vpn concentrator.

if you require interactive hardware client authentication and/or individual user authentication for the VPN 3002 on the primary VPN Concentrator, be sure to configure it on backup servers as well. The group name, username, and passwords that you configure for the VPN 3002 must be identical for the primary VPN Concentrator and all backup servers.
