We have a user using a home firewall (netgear rt314) and cannot get her vpn

This user is using the netgear rt 314 and her vpn client won't connect while it is behind it. We put her machine in the default tab on menu 15 of the firewall, which is supposed to put her machine outside of the firewall. We still cannot get it to work. Does anyone have any experience with this router/firewall?

If you are connecting to a Cisco concentrator you could use NAT transparency. Otherwise I would contact Netgear if I were you:http://www.netgear.com/customer_services.asp
