Webvpn cannot download

The Cisco Webvpn throws this error when i try to install the client. I am attaching the screenshot. Can anyone tell me the cause of this

Hi,

This is not an error message. Its just a notification that the SSL client is being downloaded to the system.

Once the download is complete, it will automatically install it, and connect to the conc.

Are you facing some kind of other issue ?

But it doesnt go beyond 0% for 10-15 mins

Make sure you have Admin privileges to that computer.

I'm trying to get a remote user to connect and he gets the same problem.  The download window appears but stays at 0% for ages until he forcibly quits.

The last PC he's tried is a Win2K ( I know don't laugh) with the latest version of Firefox (3.6) and Java.
