What will happen to my ccna r&s 200-120 if I pass ccna security ? because ccna r&s 200-120 is now 200-125. Will it be renew as 200-125 ? or renew as still the same (200-120)

As was answered it is your CCNA R&S certification that is renewed.

It is not tied to either the old or the new CCNA R&S exam but rather to the fact that you were renewed with the new CCNA Security exam.
