why port security error disable ports with ' violation restrict' configured

Hi

We have port security configured in a Cat 6. We used 'restrict' as the viloation method.

however some of the ports are still error disabled. example below:

Any idea what could be the cause?

Upon looking at your configuration i feel that the port went to disabled due to a security violatio. According to your configuration the machine with the mac address is the only one that has to be connected to that port.
