2 port 10 GE License Installation/Verification

State of the new license seems to be inactive. For the license to active do we need the card installed first?

I don't know the answer - but it seems very reasonable that you would need the hardware installed to be able to use the licence.

I installed the 12 Port 1 GE, and this are active/Not in Use, also see below the inventory and License All, I'm installing in a ASR-920-24SZ-IM.

Are any of the extra ports actually "up" and in use?

I Opened a case with Cisco TAC, finally they generated new License Files due corrupt files in the first process of License Generation.
