ASR_903 slot 5/0 not usable

Why does the Cisco ASR_903 not support slot 0/5/0, error is below

 

%ASR900INTF-3-UNSUPPORTED: Interface GigabitEthernet0/5/0 is not supported in subslot 5 by the A900-IMA8T[0/5] module

Sorry that didn't provide any details, here's a present card deployment which says is supported on the 

A903-RSP1A-55 

15.4(1)S1, RELEASE SOFTWARE

 

But port 5/0 is unavailable for use it claims

What model transceiver are you putting in 0/5/0? What is the PID?

I found this in the 3.9 release notes

 

  • When you install a Gigabit Ethernet IM in the topmost interface module slot (slot 5), the last interface (interface GigabitEthernet0/5/0) is not operational; the port is reserved for internal communication.
