I needs to re-certify my existing CCIE-SP LAB through CCIE Collaboration.

Can I Re-certify my CCIE SP LAB by sitting in CCIE Collaboration written exam

The answer is yes. You can recertify any CCIE certification with a CCIE level writen exam.

Hello,

After changing certification policy I cannot find CCIE SP written/lab exam.

I have to extend my CCIE cert. May I pass written CCDE exam for prolong  my CCIE SP cert?

Hello,

now you can recertify by passing a CORE exams   ( CCNP level) any track SPCORE, SCORE , CLCORE and so on or by passing the CCDE written.

Edit:

I have just verified you need to pass a CORE exam and a specialization exam for the same track or three specialization  exams
