We are using Csico ACE Module as SBC on 7600 router. During high traffic time suddenly this ACE module stop processing calls and same time we are unable to login on module. TO overcome this we have to reboot te module and inbetween all calls failed to process, overall down tiem is 10 misn to make that module up and working.
My question is other call admission control, can we do following..
Whenever due to high traffic load ACE SBc stop processing calls can we genrate auto email alert or can estblish any such alert to avoid more doen time. If anybody have diffrent solution , please let me know.
Also whther this Ciso ACe module support SIP OPTION methdo message?
is theer any way we can softreboot moduel when Ac estop processing calls due to high load, i means without any manual intersion?
