So I recently just upgraded to CSM 4.0, because I began getting this error on 3.5 and decided to upgrade since I wasn't sure if it was a code problem, configuration problem, or a little of both.
As it is, I can see all these files, and I am "allowed" to download them, and I can in fact download them manually from CCO, but i feel like this is some simple cached token somewhere I need to purge.
Does anybody have any ideas here?
