[Cisco FAQ] - Can you see Serial Number for Netcrypt from telnet connection?

You can get the Netcrypt Serial Number through telnet connection by using the command 'e2prom_settings',  then use a 0 to exit the command. 
The command provide a long list of item with Netcrypt information, you can see that item 21 has the Hardware Version.  And inside that line of data you see D9671-1Axxxxxxx000... with Model number D9671-1A then serial number where the x's are.
