If the default user name and password (admin / localadmin) will not allow you to log into the Web GUI then you will need to reset the password.

On the front panel of the unit press Menu then Setup and select IP then select IP again. Press the down arrow until you see "Reset Credentials" .

Press Select, then continue, the screen will show you a temporary login and password, use this to login the Web GUI.

Once you have successfully logged in make sure to reset the password in the Web interface.
