Field Notice: R4 release webGUI update issues with latest Firefox and Chrome updates (D9854/D9824/D9858/D9859R1)

Recent updates to Chrome (v29 and later) and Firefox (v25 and later) broke some of our WebGUI handling when using the new R4 release on D9854/58/24 or the recently released D9859.

Internet Explorer releases do not not show any issues.

We recommened to use Firefox v24, IE or Chrome pre-v29.

We are looking at updates in future maintenance releases to cope with the changes by Firefox and Chrome.

The recent R4.10 release has solved the incompatibility issues.

Here are the supported browser and versions with the R4.10 release:

· Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 to 11

· Firefox 3.0 to 27.0

· Chrome 19-33
