How to use a PowerVu receiver with another content provider

Does anyone have a good contact at Cisco that can aid in moving certain PowerVU unit addresses from one content provider's pool to another?  I bought some used receivers and tried to get them authorized with Viacom and Hallmark, but the receivers I bought were INDEMAND or NESN receivers.  I would like to use these receivers, but I do not have any INDEMAND or NESN content.  Any help is appreciated.

You can send a email to ssnrequest@cisco.com  for this request. make sure to include the TID number of the receiver in the request. If the receiver is assigned to broadcaster it will require that Broadcasters approval as well as the approval of the Broadcaster that you wish to add it to.
