Hello everybody!

I have a problel with ASR1006 redundancy. It has two RP modules for redundancy feature. So, everyday it changes RP modules 2 or 3 times, reason is active unit failed. I decided to change IOS-XE cisco suggested version, it's asr1000rp2-advipservicesk9.03.16.02.S.155-3.S2-ext.bin. But, it didn't solve the problem.

Is there any idea? What should i do to solve it?

I attached a crashinfo file. Maybe it will help to get idea.

Hello Almat

I just researched based on the crashinfo file. i noticed that the crash is due to a script that is running aggressively to execute a show command.

CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:16:51 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:16:51 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:16:55 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:16:55 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:16:57 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:16:58 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:17:01 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:17:02 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:17:04 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:17:05 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:17:08 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'exit' 09:17:09 AST Sun Apr 3 2016
CMD: 'sh aaa user all | include "|Unique id|Username|Session Id =|ssg-account-info|addr|interface|"' 09:17:11 AST Sun Apr 3 2016

Seems the script is running every few seconds (less than 5 seconds).

Could you either try to stop the script or increase the interval of the script say for every min or two and see if that fixes the issue.

Hope this fixes the problem.

Hello Vinit. You were right. The problem is fixed. Thank you. We increased interval of the script. Now, it's 10 min.
