I have a java app using Cisco jtapi. I set up a call observer for each address under CTI user control. Once in a while one of the call observer stops sending events. I cannot see any obvious reason why this happened. Is there a way to detect an observer has stopped? Is there some sort of heartbeat? When this happens other call observers continue to send events.
