Dear ALL ,

We are facing issue between specific clients and server. the issue is intermittent , only 4 out of 10 connections are working ,
During analysis on packet captured from client side found there is retrasmission. attaching the screenshot of capture to identify if something is abnormal.

Not sure about your environment here, you need give us more information, like device , IOS or code running here.

what is your configuration of the bit  - how it connected where ?

TCP - Retransmission can cause some below case :

- MTU

- Client and Server handshake

you can follow the TCP packet and deep in to it it will explain you why this transmission again and again.
