My name is Audrey and I am currently working on a Case study about Cisco's organisational structure for my University in Switzerland. However, I do not find any clear organigram to understand the general structure of Cisco. What is the organisational structure of Cisco ? Moreover, I have difficulties to understand if you do or don't have a R&D department as you are working with many partners but also acquiring some IT companies and start-up. How independent is the R&D from the main structure?
