Problem with connection in Collection Manager DB : Policy string translations in DB not found

I have a big problem with my DB connection.

I don't obtain any graph and a fail message appears when I test the connectivity of the DB (SCE and CM are working well), the message is :

Was this working before?

The error suggests that the INI_VALUES table was not found on the CM and hence cannot connect. Can you retrieve config from the SCE on the SCA-BB and reapply. Ensure that it also updates the CM on the logs below in the SCA-BB.

The INI_Values tables should form by itself. If not you may have to go to the CM and see if the INI_VALUES table exists and if it does you will delete it and try the steps above again.

I also have this problem of communication, however, and with an external  database (Mysql). All the rules were applied according to the Cisco  documentation in the database and even so isn't working.

The CM reach a MySQL, create all tables but not input any data in there.
