ROSA VSM integration into existing DCM environment

Hi all,

i'm playin around with the ROSA VSM and i'm wondering if there is a way to import the multiplex output configurations (Service Remux, PID mapping/Rules, etc.) for an existing DCM.

Actually the DCM is only monitored via ROSA NMS.

I would like to use the VSM for building new lineups, but with existing multiplexes and without configuring every detail from scratch.

Hello Jan,

Have you tried the "import from device" option while in Lineup perspective?

This option usually allows you to import from a DCM, you need to select the DCM, then output services will be presented which you can select the ones of your interest. Make sure that you assign folder,lineup names as to get imported.
