Simulcrypt License for DCM 9900

Dear Experts,

Hello, we have been using DCM 9900 for a few years with just one CAS, but now we want to add another CAS.

So, please help me, where can I check the simulcrypt license details in the DCM? How and where to order a simulcrypt license?

You can use the DCM configuration Guide http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/video/headend/DCM/ConfigGuide/V19-10/b_DCM_config_guide.html to see how to check what licenses are available on your DCM and what licenses you would need. You can order the licenses required at https://cisco-apps.cisco.com/cisco/psn/commerce.

You will need to have a Cisco.com log in account for accessing both the above URLs.

Hello, thanks for your reply.

I can access https://cisco-apps.cisco.com/cisco/psn/commerce but the DCM configuration Guide URL though I have a Cisco.com log in account. No worry I have the DCM configuration Guide anyway.

Can you please specify the exact license ID for DCM Simulcrypt? Is it "DCM-LIC-UPGR Options, Licenses For DCM MPEG Processor, Field Upgrade" ?
