Steps to installing Permanent License on ASR1001-X

Hello All.,

Am wondering is any one has got the Cisco Procedure on how to install  permanent license for :interface_10g on 

ASR1001-X.

Below is the status of my current 10g interface:

StoreIndex: 13 Feature: interface_10g Version: 1.0
License Type: RightToUse
License State: Active, In Use
License Count: 2/0 (In-use/Violation)
License Priority: Low

I want to know the Cisco Procedure to install the permanent license as i already have the license file.

in addition the machine is in critical operation and i can not afford any downtime due to the license installation.

A prompt response would be appreciated.

I do not believe installing License have downtime.
