T1 line and dsl line

Hello everyone, I'm studying for the ccna so forgive me if I say some ........ I would like a clarification. Does T1 still use the last mile of the telephone network to connect to the control panel or is there a separate physical line? I understood that they are two different circuits but it is not clear to me if the physical line is still the same telephone network but which use different frequencies. I thank in advance whoever answers me for the highest grade

Leased Line dedicated Line from telecom  point to point from office to office network

I explained myself badly, I'm sorry. My doubt is to know if the physical connection "in the last mile" that is from the company to the first telephone exchange is the same for both t1 and adsl or dsl has a physical line other than t1. I don't know if I managed to make myself understood.

If I had a company (initially I only have an ADSL line), one day I decide to have two branches 500 km and 1000 km. To create a t1 connection, I need to contact my isp and they will have to come and physically install the connection from my headquarters to the isp and is the same reasoning for the branches correct?

yes you are right, SP/ telephone company can re-utilise same line if that is feasible to convert to ADSL to Leased Line.
