I have a D9036 defect, when I reboot the encoder and I put the Cable on the Port RS 232, I see this error ( see file below ): What’s the meaning? And Can I fix it?
The software on the encoder is not completing loading. Looks like the OS has an error?.
Presently, the led in front of the encoder is red and there no output of the encoder.
