Hi.
I need to know what is the behavior with the second SCE8000-SCM-E, until it increases the traffic capacity operated by the SCE8000, and as performance improves in real cases.
Thanks.

Hey Nelson,
Traffic has to go through only 1 SCE for being classified correctly, hence the reason for keeping a second will be if you are reaching the max capacity. There is no performance enhancement keeping a 2nd SCE when the one you have is far below it's performance envelope.

Hi Shelley.
The scenario is as follows.
1. Currently, we have a MGSCP topology with two SCE8000, but this changes and keep a single SCE8000.
2. A second module SCE8000-SCM-E will be installed to support the traffic that was previously supported by the two SCE8000.
The questions is:
1. What is the threshold of traffic supported with both SCE8000-SCM-E?
Thanks Shelley.

capacity of a single SCM-E module is 15 ~GBps, with dual SCMs you can reach nearly 30 GBps, in our live deployments we have seen ~29 GBps. But if you have CP intensive applications, for example http get detection level higher than 1, you have to be more careful not to add more load on the device beyond limits.
