Greetings Everyone,
A small TV channel is upgrading its signal from SD to HD. The new feed will be MPEG4, but one of our affiliates needs this to be transcoded to MPEG2 for an ASI output. They have a D9854. Can the receiver handle this? Does it require another license from CISCO?
Lastly, is there a difference between a CISCO D9854 and a CISCO D9854I?
