Unable to Factory Reset Power Vu D9828

We recently purchased some D9828 from another Service Provider, and we're only able to view the already configured channels.  We've been able to reset these units in the past using the front menu, but these seem to have all editing functions locked.  Is there a hard reset button hold combination?

The D9828 only has OSD (on screen display) to access the menus.  It does not have front panel control.  You must attach a video monitor to the unit in order to access the menu system.
