Upgrade DCM9901 cannot get the config with upgrade it

Hello Cisco Team,

DCM(D9900 Digital Content Manager) not detect after create guest account with all permission in OS account.

Getting error message " Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from target"

Find the attachment from clarification.

Pls do the needful asap.

Please check if you can FTP to DCM with guest/guest credentials. Upgrade-It uses FTP. May be FTP port is blocked on the PC or in your network.

Hello Mr.Kumar.

My laptop connected directly to DCM, i checked my pc no blocked any FTP port.

I can able to login telnet with guest account.

I have three no of DCM two is works fine .

one is getting error from upgrad it tool

Pls do the needful.

Hello Kamal,

have you tried upgrading the DCM using the web gui?
