I have tried this URL earlier but I am not able to findout Warranty status after providing Sr. No.
I have tried "A1AB04E00684" Sr. No. for VC Codec. However, the result shows no product found error.
WIth the help of above Sr. No. can you please advise how to check warranty status.
Sorry, I thought you were checking about general warranty information for a particular product type.
You can check the warranty status of individual serial numbers at https://apps.cisco.com/CustAdv/ServiceSales/contract/submitAdvancedSearch.do if you have access to the URL. If you don't have access, you may have to contact your Cisco account team.
I checked the warranty status of the serial number you have provided. It expired on 26 Sep 2012.
As the message says, you will have to open a case with Cisco to get access to CSCC tool.
Access is restricted to customers with service contracts and Cisco partners.
