DUO are not work behind Proxy

Dear Team,

We have Palo Alto Global Protect with DUO security and other user are using internet with Manual Proxy IP. This mean when they go off-network, Their connection will go with proxy. We noticed that Once User are off-network, DUO Redirection Portal is showing White Blank Page which are not able to make user login.

Note: We have except DUO URL with Wildcard to bypass the proxy but issue still remain.

We wish to know how to make DUO work in this scenario?

It sounds like you need to review the proxy settings to ensure the client can contact Duo's cloud service when the user is off-network. Palo Alto support likely has more expertise with the Global Protect proxy settings so consider contacting them.
