Unfortunately, for a few days my Cisco ATA-122 seems to have some problems. In the face of no VoIP phone call, it receives and transmits traffic from/true internet as if it were on a phone call. Unfortunately, no conversation is taking place. On my firewall I have opened the ports essential for VoIP communication in port range forwarding. Initially UDP+TCP then only UDP, but nothing has changed. How can I get rid of this problem? Is the release of a new firmware planned for security reasons? Thank you.

I updated the firmware.
The ATA should stop talking SIP and HTTP/HTTPS traffic should stop, as per the Field Notice.

Do not upgrade the firmware of the ATA121/122.
The firmwares for the ATA121/122 contains an expired QuoVadis certificated. Even though it is an easy enough fix, Cisco is unwilling to fix it so people will upgrade to a "newer" model.

Thanks for the reply. I updated the firmware. Until which version does the problem not arise?
