1200 Series AP and Sup720s

I recently upgraded our core 6509s to Sup720s. When I did all of our 1200 series APs stopped working. They were all running 12.3(7)JA. I noticed that the one running 12.3(4) is still working. Does anyone know if there is an interoperability problem with 12.3(7)JA and the Sup720s. I am really not looking forward to visiting each AP and upgrading them.

It doesn't sound like one would have anything to do with the other.

I would start at the bottom of the model and work my way up. Is the wireless on its own vlan? has it been affected in any way?

I would look at the switchport configs that the AP's are plugged into and make sure all my vlans popped back up etc...check all the trunks etc..
