Cisco B radios do not support WPA2, because new hardware is required to support AES encryption.
Upgrading to a G radio should work, but it would be good to research that and find out for sure before purchasing a new radio.

No!
Cisco Aironet 802.11b access points are
not upgradeable to support WPA2 and AES.
G radio supports WPA2 AES
Radio modules with the part numbers AIR-RM21A AIR-RM22A support WPA2 AES
but RM20A and B radio don;t support WPA2.
