2504 WLC unable to generate 5AP license that exceeds 1 AP the maximum limit

Hi, 

I have a 2504 WLC with 71 Licenses and bought a 5AP License to reach the Maximum limit of 75. 

But when tryed to generate the license I receive the message: 

The max allowed APs for this device is 75.Your license request plus the existing device license exceed that count. Please update your request and resubmit.

Is there any way to split the 5AP license to use only 4 AP , or request a 4AP license?  We already bought the 5AP license.

Hi

 Looks like you lost one AP license as this WLC supports only 1AP or 5AP adder and maximum of 75.

Thanks to everyone for your advise, finally cisco licensing team generated the license to reach the 75AP capacity.

Agreed with Rasika - speak to licensing team.
Maybe they can revoke your 1 x 5 and give you 5 x 1 instead then you can add 4 x 1 to achieve your required 75.
