2960x - how can i tell which SNMP counters are implemented

Hi 

I have a cisco 2960x and want to know which SNMP counters are actually implemented. 

According to the site below, OLD-CISCO-IP-MIB is supported and this MIB includes locIfInputQueueDrops and locIfOutputQueueDrops

Whenever i query these these items locIfInputQueueDrops returns 0 for all interfaces, whereas locIfOutputQueueDrops returns nonzero values....

Is there any way of telling what is implemented?

I'm looking for a way to see the input queue drops and buffer drops on Cisco 2960x
