3702e not registering with WLC ver 7.6.130

The OS you list is compatible with this AP model, however it appears to be a country code mismatch between the AP and wireless controller settings.  The specific AP hardware sku you listed is 'D' which is manufactured for regulatory compliance in countries such as India.  This AP model will not associate to the wireless controller without a matching country code.  Disable the SSIDs on the controller, go to Wireless tab and down to Country and select IN or another supported country code for this model of AP, reenable the SSIDs and the AP will be able to be staged.  Regards

Country code is already IN and more then 250 APs already registered and working in Flexconnect mode.

You are hiding some important information.  

Reboot the AP and post the COMPLETE output.  I want to see what the AP is doing.  

Post the COMPLETE output to the WLC command of "sh sysinfo".

Hi Leo,

It has been resolved, actually there is encryption enabled in WAN link which was not enabled at WLC side, after enabling encryption, all APs register without upgrade.
