5ghz radio not showing

I have WLC 2504 (8.3.143.0) in Brazil with 4 AIR-CAP2702E-Z-K9 connected to it.

The AP 5 ghz radio are enable but when i got to 802.11a/n/ac Radios nothing is listed. Right now the WLC Regulatory Domain is set for the US and I think that is the issue.

If i change the WLC to BR will this cause all of the AP's to reboot?

AP's:

AIR-CAP2702E-Z-K9 are Regulatory Domain for Brazil per this link

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html

thanks

Well you might have to reboot the WLC when you make the change in order for the new country code to take affect.

The radio has crashed.
Remote into the AP and post the complete output to the command "dir". There should be a file called "r1.core" or something. If this is present, and the date is recent, then this confirms the radio has crashed.
To fix this, reboot the AP. If the radio is still not working, remote into the AP again and delete the CAPWAP image and reboot. This will force the AP to load the "RCV" image.

Here is a dir from the AP, I don't see the r1.core.

You do have the country code for Brazil enable on the WLC correct?  Like you mentioned, you have US and that might be the issue.

So will the AP's reboot if i change the country code? Trying to decide if I cowboy ninja this during the day or 15 minutes after everyone leaves.
