Can you give more details of your issue?
1. Is the access point lightweight (with a Wlan controller) or autonomous (without Wlan controller) configured?
2. Do you have any error messages on the end-device?
3. Do you have log messages from the access point?
4. Does the end-device getting a correct IP address?
5. Are there other end-devices which does not have any problems?
6. Can you try other end-devices, e.g. Android, Windows?
