AIR-ANT2460P-R on 2802?

Can a AIR-ANT2460P-R be used with a Cisco 2802E AP?

I have a unique situation where it is extremely difficult to replace the existing three AIR-ANT2460P-R, which are connected to a single 1242 AP; each antenna is in a separate aisle of environmentally controlled room (each antennas has a 20-foot extension).  Basically, can I keep these same antennas when I replace the 1242 with a 2802 AP?

Thanks in advance!

Disable 802.11a per each AP and disable Flexible Radio Assignment.

Thanks for the response, I will give that a try!

Wouldn't just "turning off" each antenna in the "Antenna Parameters" configuration settings on the AP radio work as well? Is the radio pattern just physicis, in that I mean there's nothing stopping you from using an 5GHz Antenna on a 2,4GHz band (and vice versa). It might not be designed for it and you might get odd behavior but to some degree it should still work right?
