AIR CAP-702-H-K9 Does not connect to the controller

1 access point is not connected to the controller ,. Boot log

paste the output of these commands:

 

sh syinfo from WLC

sh version from AP

 

and paste the complete boot-up process logs from AP console.

you are using AP:

 

AIR CAP-702I-H-K9  --> its for China not for Russia and Ukriane

 

And you set the WLC country code RU & UA.

 

So its the issue with regulatoiry domain.

 

Solution: Either change the AP with AIR CAP-702I-R-K9 or add the CN country code(cisco dont recommand to do that) in WLC.

as per logs..."bad mzip file" means, the file may be corrupt. 

 

Reboot the AP and paste the complete logs from AP Console.

you are using AP:

 

AIR CAP-702I-H-K9  --> its for China not for Russia and Ukriane

But I already have the same points. I think that's not the problem. During the download in the log says that something could not load, and constantly lit red.

Cisco download site are the images for the AP.
You also should have 10 years of warranty on the hardware, you are probably quicker by replacing it.
