Hi guys,

Do somebody knows if new AP1832 with AireOS 8.2 is supported under Flexconnect mode in WLC 2504?

I have some doubts as for Flexconnect Matrix Nov 2015 (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/5500-series-wireless-controllers/112042-technote-wlc-00.html), the new 1832 and 1852 does not appear but in Datasheets of 1832, it says something different.

We have to get some 200 APs for Flexconnect but I don't know if they're supported or not.

Regards..

Correct, FlexConnect is not supported in the 1832 yet.

From the 8.2 WLC release notes (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn82.html)

The 2504 can support a maximum of 50 access points from memory, so you wont be able to attach 200. You'll need to go to a 5508.

It looks to me like the 1832 has been supported since 8.1.120 on the 2504.

Correct, but 2504 is our guy as we're going to deploy 5 of them in HA, is the customer requirement.

The problem is running in Flexconect mode as it seems not to be supported yet in 1832.

Correct, FlexConnect is not supported in the 1832 yet.
