AP1832i in promiscuous mode and you cannot type in console

Hi guys,

I've just purchased 3 AP1832i and intend to setup one of them as a Mobility Express. I have downloaded the .tar image but i cant seem to type on the console.

this is what i see and the cursor doesn't allow me to type anything. I want to be able to type command in the console but it just doesnt allow me to type anything at all

You are using serial connection for the console, or do you mean via ssh?
If via Serial, make sure Flow Control is disabled. Otherwise it could also be a broken/wrongly cabled TX or RX pin.
