Booting Problems on WLAN controller 4400

I Got a new WLAN controller 4400 from out of the BOX from one of the vendor, its not booting completely its giving me the following error

PHY DEVICE : Found Intel LXT971A PHY at 0x01

FEC ETHERNET

IDE: Bus 0: OK

Device 0: not available

Device 1: not available

Booting Primary Image...

Press <ESC> now for additional boot options...

** Partition 4 not valid on device 0 **

** Unable to use ide 0:4 for fatload **

** Partition 4 not valid on device 0 **

** Unable to use ide 0:4 for fatload **

bzImage Image Integrity Check Failed(Bad Magic Number). Hanging

and its just sitting there, Please help trying to open a TAC case but i dont think it as smartnet

Hi Friend,

This error generally indicates flash memory failure. I suspect you'll require hardware

replacement.
