Can a 3802i access point power sufficiently on a normal PoE+ port?

When looking at the 3802i spec sheet it specifically mentions it can utilise and 'needs' UPoE. Can someone please tell me if they can work well enough on just a normal PoE+ port?

The ap itself only seems to draw 30W of power, so was wondering if a PoE+ would suffice.

PoE+ will suffice for normal operation. I think this changes if you add a hardware module to it though.
