Choppy Audio using Jabber for Win 10

Hello,

I have installed CUC, CUCM and CUCM IM&P (9.1) and a 2504 WLC. Everything is working fine but some users experimented choppy audio on the jabber for win 10 using the wireless network with the wired LAN don't have any problem. There is no trigger and the jabber for mobile phones is working ok. The problem not depend about the location then could be discarded any interference issue

I tried obtain any logs and I applied a debug client MAC and had these outputs when the audio fails.

Timeout for clients on WLAN is not configured. I'll apply QoS but I don't if this action will fix the issue. Pinging from the desktop to a server and WLC I could see packet dropped when the audio fails. Is there any issue for wireless network on laptops using win 10?

I configured the Platinum QoS but didn't work. I just have  the issue with laptops with win 10 as OS.

What are the WiFi specs for the Win 10 devices?

Hello Andrew, the laptops have Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 802.11b|g|n.

Getting voice services working on 2.4GHz band is nearly impossible.

You may need to check with 5GHz capable client device.
