Hi guys,
We bought few Cisco 8821 wireless phones and trying to add these phones on CUCM. But the phones are not showing in the Phone Type. The compatibility matrix shows CUCM 10.5.2 but the phone type does not appear. Do I need to download the latest Device Pack and upload it to the TFTP server?
Thanks,
Kiran

Yes you will need to install Device Pack below:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.5(2.15097) Device Package - Compatible UCM Version: 10.5
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=285963825&flowid=77896&softwareid=282074299&release=10.5(2.15097)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Follow the instructions below:

Since this is a new device....
When you apply a Device Package to enable new device support, a cluster-wide reboot is required for those devices to register successfully.
