Cisco AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 - AP not connecting to controller

Hi All,

I have configured a master controller with a new firmware installed

AIR-AP1830-K9-8-3-112-0.tar to be a ME
The Management IP i provided is 192.168.108.99 - This is off the network.

For me to setup the secondary AP, I have a few questions:
1/ Do I use the below pre-installed imagine or download a new one > If so which one would I use
2/ Do I used CAPWEB for the AP to auto discover the master controller 192.168.108.99
3/ As the Master controller is off the network > the new AP will not be able to fine the controller.  Is there another way for me to re-configure the master controller, set the IP so it's on my network, and then the 2nd AP would see the controller?
4/ I have two of the same AP's, would you recommend using one as a fail over? if so how could i set this up.

Please see output of the 2nd AP
